To ensure the safe handling and disposal of test materials we require all sponsors to complete (as far as possible) our Test Material Data Sheet.

This may be completed electronically, but should be printed and then sent by fax to SafePharm Laboratories Ltd, for the attention of Test Material Control Manager.

In addition, to comply with UK legislation relating to animal testing, we require the information specified in our Toxicology Testing Information Sheet for all studies involving the use of animals.
