Introduced
to strengthen SafePharm’s notification service, the
Project Management Department is dedicated to management of
projects from inception to regulatory submission. Consisting
of a team of experienced project co-ordinators, each with
a thorough appreciation of commercial, regulatory and testing
requirements, the department provides the ideal interface
between Sponsor and test facility.
In order to achieve successful chemical
notification the Project Management Department will ensure
effective interaction between Sponsor, on-site scientists
and registration staff, to achieve critical project milestones
within the required time frames.
The Project Management Department
provides the following services:
- Contract generation
- Project scheduling
- Co-ordination of test material supplies
- Study monitoring and provision
of regular project status reports
- Report tracking
- Fiscal arrangements
- Co-ordination of worker/process
safety test programmes
